Will near Pier 39 with the city in the backgroundWill and I just got back from a week in San Francisco! We went to visit my cousin and her family in Walnut Creek. We had so much fun! We spent an afternoon at Tilden Park, a day in downtown Walnut Creek, a day we referred to as "preschool day" where we had several structured activities at home including painting, play-doh and baking cupcakes from a picture book (Pinkalicious!) , a day Pixieland Amusement Park and a day in the city of San Francisco.

Will and Megan were PERFECT playmates. We actually spent an entire week without any fighting or tattling. It was amazing! Elvie, their dog, may not agree, as "Elvie! Come!" was repeated (and ignored) at least 100 times each day! But for two only children to have a playmate all week was a welcome gift for two tired pregnant moms!

One of our favorite stops for preschoolers and pregnant women alike (Amy is due July 13th) was the Olde San Francisco Creamery Co. in Walnut Creek. Amy and I actually went there twice in three days! I can't wait to be weighed in at my next appointment in three weeks!
Will and I are back home safe and sound, missing our cousins and California!!
